Culross Summer Fete, 30th June.

Friday, 21st Jun 2013

Culross & Torryburn Church and the Farmers Market have again organised their very popular Summer Fete and Farmers Market, which takes place on Culross Village Green on Sunday 30th June, from 11 am to 4 pm.

There`s something for everyone, from grandad to the bairns, at our wide range of stalls selling homemade jams and cakes, plants & shrubs, books and DVD`s, also variety of farmers market stalls and demonstrations of country crafts, and handmade goods from Fine Fibres Craft of Culross.

Meanwhile, maw and paw can relax, safe in the knowledge that the bairns are being safely entertained by our storyteller or, thanks to local farmer, Robert Nelson, taking a ride in his horses & carts throughout the village.

And, for the whole family, a tasty range of food and drinks, including Nelson`s ice-cream will be found throughout the area and the ever popular teas with home baking, will be served in the marquee.

Music and commentary will be provided by Radio West Fife.

Whatever your family`s jalopy, there are plenty of parking spaces in the car parks at the East and West ends of the village with the west car park being the best one to use for blue badge holders.

So add this date to your diary and come along with your family and enjoy yourselves.
